Your local phone companies or the mobile phone providers rarely could not send your CALLER ID to the Local Access lines or the Toll Free lines correctly, or maybe you've blocked CALLER ID. So our telephone system cannot identify your phone number and cannot find your account; then your PIN is required in this case to gather your account exactly.

Local access number are the phone numbers in your areas in which your registered phone are located. Typically, these numbers carry no long distance charges which make the calling rates for local access numbers cheaper. That is, you can get more minutes by using a local access number. However, during heavy usage periods (like holidays), these numbers can be overloaded.

Our toll-free numbers is 1-866-554-0898. By using this toll free number, you are charged a slightly higher rate (add 2 cents/min) because your phone call is routed using the least busy line. Therefore, you have slightly fewer minutes but usually have less busy signals from the toll free access number.

If you have such a celluar phone plan, you can take advantage of it to use your mobile phone to call our local access numbers that are not in your local area.
